John Sears, Owner and President

After spending the past 30 years living and working in Seattle, Portland, Orlando and New Orleans, John and his wife Jody decided to settle down in Utah for the quality of life here and for the growing number of grandkids. They have quickly grown to love Utah not just for the incredible and majestic scenery , but also for their great friends and neighbors.

John's professional career has centered on program development and management in television, and executing strategic plans at a local and a corporate level. He has consulted several of the largest television corporations in the country helping them establish systems and procedures to improve their operational effectiveness.

John and Jody have lived in neighborhoods with well-run and poorly-run Home Owner Associations. He has experienced the nightmares of heavy-handed enforcement of CC&Rs and ineffective budget management. He combines those experiences with his organizational vision and clear understanding of how to best meet client and customer needs and expectations to home owner associations in Utah.

Utah HOA Management will provide a unique approach to effectively managing neighborhood associations and is committed to enhancing the quality and livability of those neighborhoods.
